The Free Agents at Berkeley (FAB) Website provides a platform for FAB members to showcase their creative work such as artwork, photographs, and writings.  The following terms and conditions apply to all creative work posted on this Website:

 

No Copyright Protection Guarantee:  FAB does not guarantee protection of any creative work from copyright infringement, modification, or improper use.  Website users may have access to creative work, and FAB does not assume responsibility for any unauthorized use.

 

User Responsibility:  Users accessing the Website are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions to use and share the creative work posted on the Website.  FAB is not responsible for any unauthorized use or infringement.

 

Modification and Derivative Works:  Users may have the ability to modify or create derivative works based on the creative work posted.  The creators acknowledge that their original work may be altered and that FAB is not responsible for any changes made by users.

 

Waiver/Hold Harmless:  Creators of creative work agree to waive and hold FAB, its members, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use, modification, or distribution of their creative work by users.
